Q:  How long will it take for my order to arrive?

A:  All products are printed upon order which means it could take up to 4-6 weeks for your products to arrive.  This means your order is printed just for you and helps us reduce potential waste.

Q:  My tracking number shows the order hasn't moved in weeks, what's up?

A:  Depending on where your items are shipping from, your order may be sent using international carriers.  Some carriers have gaps in shipping information but rest assured, the product is still making its way to you.

Q:  I haven't received my order and it's been 6 weeks, what now?

A:  First, check the tracking information.  Some orders may get held up as they cross international borders which means they may take a bit longer to arrive.  If you haven't received your order in 7+ weeks, email us to let us know and we'll look into it further.
